Styling Minimal Wooden Watch with JORD (GIVEAWAY CLOSED)

Hey everyone. Hope everyone is doing well and their 2018 started off amazingly. If you know me well you know I am always wearing a watch. They can add a touch of class to any outfit. So JORD reached out to me to try one of their luxury hand crafted all natural wooden watches, I jumped on the opportunity.

 JORD is fairly new watch brand that offers unique men's and women''s watches that are made out of raw materials like wood. The watch that I picked is apart of the Hyde Series in Walnut & Black. I showed the watch to my parents and they both were head over heels for it. My mom said it was "absolutely gorgeous". I haven't even worn the watch out yet and it's already a conversation starter.  The watch comes in this beautiful Cedar wooden box, that has the JORD logo on top. It also had a woo
den drawer to add additional accessories. It was like a got to gifts in one.

One thing that I love about JORD is that they offer engraving on the box or the back plate on most of their watch. I was able to get my watch engraved. On the back of my watch, I got my mother, father and brother’s birth dates written in script. I just wanted to show some love and appreciation to the people that keep me moving every day.

I picked this watch because it goes with my style so well. I mean look how chic it is. Hunty YASSSSSS. In my opinion this watch is timeless because of the darkness of the wood and the black links. I could wear it casual or dressed up as you can see in the outfit below (would have thought I was in NYFW).

I love paring black, white and grey together because the monochromatic colors pair effortlessly. I mix two different greys with my blazer from Target and coat that I got from ASOS, which also added some texture to the look. A black turtle should be in everyone's closet. They go with everything and they make you feel like Audrey Hepburn. The checkered black and white vans sure add a pop to the look without making it seem like Im trying to hard.
