The Guide to Big and Tall Fashion

Shop around and look online

Buying clothes is annoying because a lot of stores don't carry big and tall sizes, but some of them do like Marshals, JCPenny, and Kohl's. There are store that cater to big and tall men like Casual Men and Desentation XL. You are going to need to take your time and look. Shop around. You will never know if a place sells big and tall unless you look. Another place where you shop is online. There are so many stores that have big and tall clothing. One tip for this is to use the filter that is provide on the website. This is going to help you when shopping because it will filter out all of the clothes that are not your size. The down side to this is that you can see how much or little options these stores provide.

Don’t be afraid to accessorize

Sometimes it is hard to put an outfit together because it seems to minimal. So play with some accessories. You can wear  a necklace, a bracelets or even a fedora to give your outfit an extra pop. I see sneakers as on accessory because they can make or break the outfit. Wearing shoes with colors can giving your minimal outfit added swag.

Stock up on pieces you love

Let me tell you something, if something fits you like gem, a glove, a new pair of shoes; you should stock on those pieces. There are so many times where I purchase a pair of pants or t-shirts that love and I don't stock up on them. When I go to look for them online or in the store, they are all gone. LIKE DAMMMNNNNN PAPIIII. For example, I get my t-shirts from Hanes because they fit me well and also there are cheap which brings me into my next topic.

It’s about quality, not quantity

When you are stocking up on pieces you want to make sure that you look at the quality of the item. I know that sometimes, the better an item is, the more money it is going to cost. I understand that money is not a object to some people. It sure is not a object to me shit. If I had endless amounts of money, I wouldn't know how to act. The point that I am trying to make is invest in pieces that you know that you are going to be a staple in your life.

Get yourself a tailor

If you're someone like me with weird slim thick legs, it is a struggle bus trying to find pants. My pants always fit around my thigh and butt area, but when you go down farther my legs, my jeans are giving you boot cut realness. NO SHADE NO TEA to anyone that likes wearing boot cut but it is not for me. So I learned to tailor my own jeans to make them fit the way that I want too.

Layer, Pattern, Texture

When you're picking out your outfit for the day, you want to make sure that it has some type of dimension. It is going to make your outfit stand out from the others. For example, if you are someone that only wears the color black, try out new textures and patterns of the black. Wool, striped, leather, or jersey. After you get that together you want to lay them out. Believe me, I try not to go crazy with layering because my ass is always HOTTTT. Like it looked like I have work in a field in Texas.

Last but not less is to DO YOU BOO

All of my life, I thought that I couldn't wear certain things because of my weight. I worried that it would look like I was trying to hard or I cared way to much about other peoples opinions. But at the end of the day, I am going to wear what I want and I am still going SLAY the game. Have fun and remember its just fashion darling.

It's Friday, Friday, gonna get turnt on Friday (in my bed with some snacks). Hope everyone is having an amazing day, week and month. Like always remember to...
